Your PSG broker will search all available homes that match your criteria including all of those that are listed on our website, exclusive properties of all other NYC brokers (including the large, well-established brokerages), and new developments. We have access to all (currently over 27,000 listings) within the entire NYC real-estate brokerage community. Emails containing possible homes will be sent to you for your review and consideration at your convenience.
